Our story

Hanoi in a Luxembourg kitchen.

Xin Chào means hello. It is also our quiet promise — that every guest is greeted the way a family welcomes one of its own, with a bowl of something warm and the time to enjoy it.

Our broths simmer for hours. Our herbs are cut the morning they are served. The menu is small on purpose, because depth, not breadth, is what we believe in.
